They have also claimed that GTA V’s announcement is soon too be made public, within the next 3 months possibly. Not only this but a surprise claim is that it could be revealed with the first public showing of Max Payne 3.

A Nintendo advert has been reported that it reveals that the new adventure will be released in September, although no exact date has been given as of yet. But to back this up, in the US, Samus Aran will be out to the public on the 31st August, and will hit shelves in Japan on the 2nd September. This would mean a September release date for the UK is looking very likely indeed!

It has been promised that this new adventure, will show us the true story of Samus Aran. The game takes place between Super Metroid and Metroid Fusion. Other M opens with a cinematic showing the final battle with Mother Brain at the conclusion of Super Metroid. After escaping the exploding Planet Zebes, Samus Aran awakens on a Galactic Federation ship. And so the story continues. The series creator Yoshio Sakamoto has said that this new game is what the 2D Metroid fans have been waiting for.

Which means hopefully just over 2 months time and we should have a copy of what is being hyped up to be a cracker of a game.

But still, it looks like Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood will be an extraordinary game, with the amount of time and money being pushed into this, I personally cannot wait!

One of which, we were hoping to see on the Wii as an available download quite a while back, but now Nintendo has announced that there will be a Goldeneye 007 game featuring Daniel Craig as Bond.

Activision have said that the new version of this game has been given a slight shake-up, similar to how the latest Bond films became “rugged” with Daniel Craig as Bond. But do not fear, the game will not be completely different.

We also have learnt from E3 that the final version of the game will have many customisable control options, such as using the Wii remote and Nunchuck, or using the classic controller or even the Classic Controller Pro. As well as being able to tweak various options within these choices such as sensitivity etc. Personally, for me I think I will stick to the Wii remote and Nunchuck combination considering this is a First Person Shooter, it seems to be most natural of the options.

With this newer version are the added benefits of the development of technology since the first release. This means we have to prepare ourselves for some serious on-line James Bond style carnage, with what is going to be some great FPS action with up to 7 other players.  While on-line you can gain XP by carrying out various tasks which will give you unlockables and achievements.

So until November later this year, we will have to resort to our N64 if we want to top-up on our skill with the Golden Gun.

Entitled the Black Edition, the set features a copy of the game, unique packaging, three in-game bonus quests (entitled Palazzo Medici, Santa Maria Del Frari and Arsenal Shipyard Warehouse), a conspiracy book (featuring game art, story and background information), a variety of internet goodies, a soundtrack and a collectable Ezio statue.

The pack has a retail price of £69.99 and is available for Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3.

The news follows a similar set for the US, which is available exclusively through GameSpot for $79.99. This Master Assassin Edition features just two in-game bonus quests, a metal case, DVD, art book and Ezio statue.

Assassin’s Creed 2 is one of the most anticipated games of the year, and is set for release on PC, PS3 and 360 on November 20th.

A PSP edition, Assassin’s Creed Blood Lines, and a DS title, Assassin’s Creed Discovery, are due for release on the same day.
