F.E.A.R 2 DLC coming August

A new download pack for F.E.A.R 2 will be launched on September 3, adding four new campaign missions played from the perspective of replica soldier Foxtrot 813, and a new deathmatch mode.

“F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn lets players experience four new single-player missions that coincide with the events in F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin,” explains the official blurb.

“A simultaneous automatic title-update provides a free Slow-Mo Deathmatch multiplayer mode for use with F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin multiplayer content.”

Monolith will also release a “robust game demo of F.E.A.R. 2 Reborn” on August 27, and a 360 premium theme for 240 MS Points on August 13.

Killzone 2 DLC this week

Thought to be released at around the £3.99 ($5.99) mark, the DLC adds “two exciting new multiplayer maps: Suljeva Cliffside, which takes place on the rocky outskirts of the Suljeva mining village;
and Arctower Landing, which revisits the Arctower defense posts of Blood Meridian”.

It also enables the player to use the VC1 Flamethrower and semi-automatic Boltgun 4400 in multiplayer.
